Building a closer relationship with our partners

DSL Plus has a team of highly experienced individuals who are all with us to ensure that the partnership you have with us goes as smoothly. We are happy for you to draw on their knowledge as much or as little as you need to promote the products and services you take from us. Your Account Manager will play a key part in that relationship and will act as your point of contact for all the commercial areas surrounding your partnership, and as a point of escalation for any concerns you may have too.

As part of our service you can expect our account managers to:

  • Assist you in the process of developing your commercial packages
  • Give guidance on the best way to market your services
  • Offer training to you and your teams on a technical, financial and sales perspective
  • Ensure that you are aware of all of the services that DSL Plus can offer you
  • Gain a deep understanding of your business and where your products fit in
  • Develop DSL Plus' knowledge of your key customers and their needs
  • Provide white label documentation for you to use to promote and develop our services
  • Give feedback on you documentation and processes on procedures
